There are a few (okay, several) things I always keep in my pantry and these are things that have saved me time and time again. Peppermint tea and essential oil is on that list. It has been my quiet hero, my personal reset button, my go-to for comfort when I needed it most. From easing my stomach after a questionable takeout decision to clearing my sinuses when a cold had me feeling miserable, peppermint tea has never let me down. Now I'm not saying it'll solve all your problems, but it's provided me more comfort than I can explain! Here's why:
